CIP and SIP methods are used to clean and sterilize material pipelines, ensuring that materials after UHT sterilization are not contaminated, and final products meet commercial sterility requirements. PROFIBUS bus control technology enables communication between individual machines and overall line control, with online display of operating status and fault alarms, greatly improving automation control and reducing the possibility of human error.

Modular design combines the disinfectant sprayer, bottle rinser, filler, and capper into a 5-in-1 unit, with an isolation cover sealing all parts above the tabletop.
